With what we know about Samus as a character, if she actually knew Crocomire was supposedly a gentle creature, she would have a lot more psychological stress on her mind knowing that Croc was just an innocent bystander amidst a crowd of hostiles.

The fact that it’s retreating, desperately trying to defend itself only to be thrown body first into an acid pool where it then cries out in sheer, unadulterated, pain and horror as it attempts over and over to crawl out, each time leading to increasingly grievous wounds; going from burns to scalding to torn and battered flesh to the flesh then just peeling off in bloodied, melted chunks of tissue and muscle revealing bone; the whole time this creature is crying and screaming in unfathomable suffering..... and Samus just sits there, giggling and probably playing with herself.

I'm just gonna comment this on every video related to Crocomire because I haven't seen anyone else mention it anywhere else on the internet: anyone notice how Crocomire's skull moves if you leave, return, and run past it? Not in the sense that it switches location, we all know that, but it actually twitches slightly. When you run past a certain tile, the jaw shifts a few pixels. It happens every time, is easy to do, and HAS to be an intentional easter egg, yet I haven't seen ANYONE talk about it.
